Great Container

I’ve hidden two of this type cache. I live in Florida so no winter weather but lots of rain, wind and sun. The cache holds up to these conditions. Once a year , I clean and apply a new coat of stain. Highly recommend.

Need’s reinforcements

So I’ve had this for 6 months now. The only problem I’ve had was that I can tell it wasn’t built good the top roof panel is coming off if you want to get this cache wright a note not to pull on the roof because mines almost broken but it can be fixed. Overall pretty good price could be cheaper for quality.

Pretty cool but...

It can not withstand bad weather conditions, had a lot of issues with the latch and wood swelled when wet. I thought it was SUPER PRICEY for what you get, but it looked pretty cool.

I'm buying it again, so that says something

I've had this cache for more than four years. It was a little problematic in that the magnet didn't always hold, so the cache sometimes dropped on the ground or the bottom would just hang open (which is the opposite of stealthy). Also, the top of the roof is a little dicey over time...I expected it to give way. But before that could happen, it was either blown far away in a storm or stolen. I would replace it with something else, but this is the theme of my cache, I get lots of great reviews, so I'm sticking with it and ordering a new one.

Doesn't stand up to rain

We purchased this birdhouse for a new geocache, but it did not stand up to the Seattle rainy season. The wood swelled as it got wet, making the bottom trap door unable to open.
