Adventure Lab - Sponsored credit - Purchase

Please review and agree to the following terms. This addendum is in addition to the Terms of Use that you agree to when you create your account through Geocaching or Adventure Lab and the Adventure Lab Guidelines, both as updated from time to time. You agree to these terms by clicking "I agree" above.

• To create an Adventure, you must purchase a credit. One credit will allow you to create one Adventure with up to (10) stages. One credit is $250 USD.
• Each credit is for one-time use and expires 12 months after we issue it to you, unless renewed. Once an Adventure is live, you may not re-use your credit to create a different Adventure. Doing so would affect player statistics and likely result in complaints from the community. 
• If you would like your Adventure to remain available to play after the initial 12 months, you can renew it for additional 12 month periods. You will receive an invoice for the renewal fee before the initial expiration and then yearly thereafter if you continue to renew. If you do not renew, your adventure may be archived at any time following expiration of the most recent paid term.
• We may terminate this addendum with or without cause, which will result in the archival of your Adventure. If we terminate this addendum within the initial 12 month period or any paid renwal period thereafter, we will upon reasonable request refund a prorated portion of the fee for that period. We may also terminate this addendum at any time without a refund if your Adventure violates the Adventure Lab Guidelines or our Terms of Use.
• To promote your Adventure, you have permission to use our logos and assets, available at https://adventure.geocaching.com/best-practices, in accordance with the Logo Usage Guidelines. 

• As a sponsored Adventure, you must include the following text in each Adventure description: “This Adventure is sponsored by [name of business] and has been granted special permission by Geocaching HQ.”
