Shipping Information

Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders placed prior to 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped within two business days. Orders placed after 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped within three business days. Special rush requests will be accommodated, if possible. To place a request, please send an email to shop@groundspeak.com.

If delivery has been confirmed by USPS, Groundspeak will not be responsible for orders shipped via USPS which are not received.

In addition to duties and taxes, any UPS international brokerage fees will also be the responsibility of the shopper and collected at the time of delivery.
